Why It Matters

We are starting with a 12 month Pilot. This pilot is about testing what really works for women in agriculture, giving them the tools, skills, and support to grow stronger businesses, feed more families, and build a future with dignity. When we succeed, we can replicate it to reach thousands more, turning small wins into lasting change.

Our Role

We give cash directly to women and youth farmers in communities to help them build better lives. To ensure success we track and provide some support.

The fields are divided into rectangular patches, some covered with dark-colored materials, possibly solar panels or greenhouses. Several boats are visible on the river, suggesting transportation or trade activity. Infrastructure like roads and buildings are also visible, indicating human settlement and development.
